These terms are an agreement between you and Lakshay Bhati (“we”, “us”) for the ForgeRival game app and its online services. The ForgeRival competition and its website have separate terms at forgerival.com/legal.

Playing ForgeRival

ForgeRival is a robot combat game for players aged 13 and over. By playing ForgeRival, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you. Do not give a false year of birth to get around the protections for younger players.

You can sign in with Apple or Google, or play the offline Tour as a guest. Phone sign-in is not available. You need an account for online play, purchases, the Forge Pass, cloud save and ForgeRival Live. Keep your Apple or Google account secure, and tell us at support@forgerival.com if someone else uses your ForgeRival account.

Purchases and gems

Real money buys only gem packs and one-time bonus packs. Forge Club, a monthly subscription, is not on sale yet. Everything else is earned by playing, or bought with coins or gems as the game shows. We show what you get and the store price before you buy. Apple’s App Store or Google Play takes the payment, and RevenueCat keeps the purchase records for us.

Gems never expire. They have no cash value. You cannot cash them out, swap them for real-world prizes or bet with them. Gems are kept on your account.

If a purchase is missing after you reinstall or change phones, sign in to the same account and tap Restore purchases in the Shop. Gems already on your account are never credited twice.

To ask for a refund, use Apple’s or Google Play’s refund process. If a refund is given, the gems or item it paid for may be taken back, but we never take your gem balance below zero. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or cancellation right that the law gives you.

If you delete your account, your gems and everything they bought are deleted and cannot be restored. If we close ForgeRival, we will give notice in the game first and handle unused paid gems as the law requires.

Forge Club

Forge Club is not on sale yet. When it opens, it will be an optional monthly subscription for adults aged 18 and over with a signed-in account. It will cost ₹89 a month in India or US$2.99 a month in the US. The game will show the benefits, price and taxes before you subscribe. The planned benefits are 10 gems on each day you open the game while you are a member, 10% extra XP and a new paint each month. Paints stay yours after you cancel. No free trial is planned.

Once Forge Club is on sale, Apple or Google Play charges your store account when you confirm, and the subscription renews each month until you cancel. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. On Google Play, cancel before the renewal date shown in Play. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the game, Manage membership opens the same options. After you cancel, Club stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Deleting your account, signing out or uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store.

Lucky Box

Lucky Box tickets are earned only by playing. They are never sold for money, gems or coins, never part of a paid bundle, and never given by a paid Pass track or Forge Club. Paying never buys an opening. The game shows the odds before every opening and never opens a box by itself. There are no near-miss effects.

RewardChanceWhat is in it
Coins70%150 to 400 coins, in steps of 10
Supplies15%A Repair Kit or a Heat Shield (7.5% each)
Coin-tier looks10%38 looks: every coin-shop look and every look the old Forge Crates gave, each equally likely
Gem fragments3%1 to 3 fragments; ten make one gem
Gem-tier items1.5%The 24 permanent pattern skins, each equally likely
Cheel0.5%The ultimate bot

There are two guarantees: a gem-tier item you do not own by the 50th box, and Cheel by the 150th box, each counted from the last time it was given. A guarantee replaces the normal draw on that box. If both are due on the same box, you get both. If you own every gem-tier item, that guarantee pays 600 coins. The counters carry across seasons, and nothing you buy changes them.

Duplicates are never re-rolled. A duplicate look or bot pays 300 coins. A Repair Kit or Heat Shield that would go over a full stack of two pays 100 coins. Leftover gem fragments are kept. Gems made from fragments reach your account through our server, up to 5 in any 28 days; a guest’s gems wait until they sign in.

Tickets come only from play: claiming nine daily missions in a game week, a Tour boss’s first clear (or one boss win a week), every 7th day you play, and the free Forge Pass track’s tiers 10, 20 and 30.

Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. Do not cheat, change match traffic, use bugs in purchases or gems, take over other people’s accounts, pretend to be us, or attack the game’s servers. Online fights use each bot’s base stats, so bought upgrades do not help online. Difficulty never depends on spending. There is no player chat, and online names are made by the game.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, reset what was affected (such as a rating, or gems or items gained by cheating), or suspend or close your account. We will tell you why where we can. To appeal, email support@forgerival.com within 30 days.

Younger players

Players under 18, and players who have not given a year of birth, have extra protections: no pop-up offers or countdowns, no gem packs or one-time packs above ₹199 (or the same price level in other currencies), no Forge Club, and monthly spending reminders. The game does not ask for a parent’s consent at sign-up yet. ForgeRival Live needs a parent’s or guardian’s email and agreement for players under 18. Parents can limit purchases with Screen Time on iPhone or Family Link on Android.

No paid contests or prizes

ForgeRival has no paid-entry contests, stakes, cash-outs or prizes for payment. Buying gems does not enter you in any prize event.

ForgeRival Live

The optional ForgeRival Live form records your interest in a possible real-world robot championship. It is not an entry form, ticket, invitation or booking, and it does not promise a place, date or prize. Your name, city or state and team name are optional. The consent box starts unticked. Players under 18, or of unknown age, need a parent’s or guardian’s email and agreement.

We email updates only after the address is confirmed. Confirmation emails are not switched on yet. You can withdraw at any time in the game (Settings → ForgeRival Live), with the link in any ForgeRival Live email, or by emailing support@forgerival.com.

If we ever run a prize event, it will have its own official rules. Apple and Google are not sponsors of ForgeRival Live.

Game content and availability

ForgeRival, including its name, logo, art, music and software, belongs to Lakshay Bhati or is used with permission. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial use while you follow these terms. Do not copy, sell or reuse the game’s content or marks.

We work to keep ForgeRival running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features, and online play may pause for maintenance. If we decide to close ForgeRival, we will give notice in the game first. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not let us limit.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Game Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. You can delete your account in the game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or at forgerival.com/delete-account. Deletion normally happens straight away. If one of our services is down, we finish it within 30 days. Your online record is deleted within about 10 minutes. Progress saved on your phone stays until you uninstall the game. Cancel any subscription separately in the store.
