Delete your ForgeRival account

This page deletes your ForgeRival game account and the data stored with it. It can’t be undone. In the game, Settings → Account → Delete account does the same.

What happens

Deletion happens straight away. If one of our services is down, we finish it within 30 days of your confirmed request. Your online pilot is deleted within about 10 minutes.

We delete

Your account and how you sign in.
Your profile: player name, year of birth, language.
Your cloud save.
Your gems, their history and everything you bought with them.
Your purchase records with us, and your customer record at RevenueCat, our purchase service.
Your ForgeRival Live sign-up, if you made one.
Your online pilot: its name, rating and match record. Opponents keep their side of past fights, without your ID.

We keep, and why

A deletion record: a random account ID and when each step finished. We keep it while ForgeRival runs, to show the deletion was done.
Your deleted account ID on our match server, so an old sign-in can’t bring your online pilot back.

We don’t keep your purchase records after deletion. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases, as their policies and tax laws require. We can’t delete those.

Not affected

Progress saved on your phone, until you uninstall the game. Your phone’s backups (iCloud or Google backup) may keep a copy until they are replaced.
Guest online play on a phone where you never signed in. It uses a separate random ID that isn’t linked to your account.
Store subscriptions. Cancel them in the App Store or Google Play.

Other ways to delete

In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account, then tap Delete account again.
Signed in with Apple? Delete your account in the game, or email us.
