In use · last updated 3 October 2026

Version: 2026-10-03-5
Prepared: 3 October 2026

The rules for using forgerival.com and its browser mini-game, and how any future ForgeRival learning resources will be offered.

## Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attack services, impersonate others, submit false information, steal credentials, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Report problems to support@forgerival.com. Access may be restricted proportionately for security or misuse, subject to applicable rights. Third-party links carry their own terms; a link is not an endorsement.

## Information and availability

The website introduces an event in development. Concept artwork and demonstration gameplay do not represent a confirmed venue, participant or real competition result. Corrections and interruptions may occur. The final issued offer and versioned event documents must be provided before a purchase; general website copy cannot silently override them or mandatory rights.

## Website intellectual property

Rights in the website’s code, fonts, imagery and animation belong to their respective owners. ForgeRival does not claim exclusive rights in third-party material, and the site grants no rights to third-party brands. Team-owned work is governed by the separate Team work & media policy.

## Future courses

Prerecorded courses are planned but not yet offered. Before any course is sold, its provider, content, price, access period, support and cancellation terms will be published. Learning material does not confer an accredited qualification, supply hardware, guarantee success or approve a robot for combat. Practical demonstrations will include appropriate safety guidance.

## Limitations and amendments

Do not rely on a demonstration for engineering approval or emergency advice. Nothing in these terms removes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to a paid service require appropriate notice and remedies; publishing a replacement page alone is not consent to every new term.
