Version: 2026-10-03-5
Prepared: 3 October 2026

Your entry, team responsibilities, competition decisions and your rights.

## Who organises ForgeRival

ForgeRival is a competition brand operated under Liftor Software and Technology Pvt Ltd, as identified by the founders. ForgeRival’s founders are Lakshay Bhati and Aadit Arora; Lakshay Bhati has identified himself as the owner of the operator. The exact registered name, CIN, registered address, tax details and authorised signatory must be verified before paid entry opens. ForgeRival is not represented as a separately incorporated LLC. A future entity change requires clear notice and any legally required agreement; it does not erase existing obligations.

## Status of this draft

These terms are a draft, last updated 3 October 2026. Team registration has not opened, so they do not apply to anyone yet and are not an offer of a confirmed event or a completed entry contract. ForgeRival’s website is forgerival.com. Dates, venue, age eligibility, final rules and service contacts are pending and will be published before entries open. The website cannot take payment or confirm participation.

## Entry and authority

The proposed entry is a team of two to five members, including one leader. Each member’s fee is ₹2,000 before an eligible discount. A draft, quote, game win or payment attempt does not reserve a place. The intended field has 32 places; only confirmed registrations count. Before launch, the organiser must publish the acceptance process and eligibility conditions. The leader supplies accurate details with each person’s permission and accepts only their own obligations. They cannot waive a teammate’s rights, bind a guardian or institution, or give another person’s media consent merely by being captain.

## Age and individual agreements

The age policy is not settled. Do not use this preview to submit children’s details. Paid entry remains closed until eligibility is published and each required individual acknowledgement is collected through an appropriate identity and authority process. If minors are admitted, separate guardian, supervision and safeguarding arrangements must be approved; a captain’s checkbox is insufficient. Substituted members must complete the applicable checks before taking part.

## What participation covers

The competition involves team-built robots, combat and engineering assessment. No robot kit, mentoring, accredited qualification, travel, accommodation or guaranteed inspection pass is included unless expressly listed in the final offer. Prerecorded learning resources are planned; syllabus, access period and delivery remain to be confirmed. Do not buy equipment or travel on the assumption that an unconfirmed event is guaranteed.

## Rules, assessment and changes

The current plan is 80% robot combat, 10% engineering portfolio and 10% social media awareness. Match format, tie-breaks, judging, submission deadlines and appeal windows require a released sporting rulebook. The issued event schedule must identify each governing document and version before payment. Material post-payment changes must be notified with fair withdrawal/refund options; changes are not silently retroactive. Emergency safety instructions may suspend activity immediately.

## Conduct and fair decisions

No sabotage, harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe operation, tampering, cheating, falsified declarations or plagiarism. Follow officials’ access and safety directions. A hold or disciplinary decision should state its reason and supporting evidence, permit a response where practicable, and offer an independent conflict-aware review. Immediate removal may be necessary for safety; a safety stop does not by itself determine the financial outcome. Judges and officials must disclose relevant conflicts.

## Responsibility and legal remedies

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct to the extent provided by law. Teams must have authority to submit their work and must not deliberately damage property outside authorised competition activity. No unlimited team indemnity, blanket waiver of negligence, or exclusion of all liability is imposed by this draft. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including relevant consumer rights. Any final limitation or indemnity needs review against the activity and insurance.

## Complaints and disputes

Start with the published support or grievance contact once appointed; it is not yet available in this preview. Keep the entry reference, relevant dates and supporting information. Complaints must receive a written outcome and escalation route. Applicable Indian law is the proposed framework, subject to counsel confirming the contracting entity and locations. This draft imposes no exclusive court venue, compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory complaint routes. If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful provisions should apply so far as possible without removing mandatory rights.
